Rural retailers are finding it increasingly difficult to survive, especially with the growing use of Amazon and Co. On the one hand, retailers lack awareness, on the other hand, online offers and home delivery provide a convenient all-round service.

To strengthen regional retailers, an autonomously driving vehicle is used as a delivery service for their products. Thus, the vehicle provides an additional sales floor that is mobile and travels through different regions. As retailers offer different types of products, there can be themed buses. These sell the products of different retailers on a theme, e.g. decoration.
